BACON WRAPPED SHRIMP
INGREDIENTS
2 lb. LG Shrimp
Cookshack Brisket Rub
1 lb. Bacon sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle shrimp with Cookshack Brisket Rub. Cut bacon in half and wrap around shrimp securing with a toothpick.
Place on a Cookshack Seafood Grill..
Cook on indirect side of PG500 at 400°F for 5 minutes on each side.
