SM025: Smokette Elite: Cookshack Electric Smoker Oven

It's a great smoker. Just get to know it, get comfortable with it and learn to trust it. I smoke pork ribs, turkey leg quarters, chicken wings, prime rib roasts and full packer briskets. Took awhile to get the briskets down. But learned to trust the machine and now I'm getting pretty good results. As good as Texas a Texas friend said.....

Had it a few years now, no issues. Was just buying more wood thought I'd give credit where credit is due.

I bought it about 10 years ago and still going strong. Produces consistent product each time. Very easy to use. Not cheap but worth every penny.

Recieved via shipping, was easy to put together. Followed instructions and seasoned smoker and made a couple of ribeye steaks from smoker to a sizzling hot grill for searing and finishing to cook temp of my preference. Was the best steak I have ever had ! Precise temp control and a probe to monitor meat so you dont have to open the door. Easy use and clean up, love it !!!

I have had the M25 for close to 8 years. I use my smoker from several times a month to weekly. I recently purchased a pellet grill (which was not from CookShack but expensive all stainless) that I just had to have after 9 months I have decided that really didn’t need it that bad. I was under the misconception that a pellet grill would take the place of my wood burner and my CookShack. I was wrong. After about 225 deg. The smoke all but disappears. The pellet grill is in competition with a gas grill. You want tasty meat well smoked and moist, you need a oven CookShack Smoker. A pellet grill can not compare to the CookShack!!
