I had mine for a long
Time but what’s so nice u can get parts to fix them
If they have issues but the controller
An the heating element been still
Going strong after like 10 yrs they used to be $900 but still
Worth the money verses the China ones that are junk an no parts can be replaced. It a great smoker that all

I have had my small two shelf smoker for almost 20 years, I couldn't even begin to tell you how many pounds of meat has gone through that thing. It keeps on going.

My wife and I were just talking about my smoker. We have been married 15 years and it has been part of my life for probably 17 years, maybe more. The only thing close to an issue i have ever had with it was smoking a brisket on a very hot day (95+) in the sun. The electronics over heated. Moving it into the shade and it started right back up and finished nicely. My bad and lesson learned. I'll be back to buy another one, if this one ever has any issues.

I have had cook shack smokers for over 10 years and love them! The cooking temperature is consistent, and everything I’ve tried has turned out fantastic! I even bought another one for my summer residence!
