COOKSHACK SMOKED CHILI RECIPE



INGREDIENTS

2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 c. tomato juice
2 c. water
1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
2/3 c. Cookshack Chili Mix

INSTRUCTIONS

Add meat to aluminum foil pan. Stir in all other ingredients. Smoke at 225° in Cookshack Smoker for 2-3 hours or until meat is cooked thoroughly. Remove and serve with shredded cheese and crackers.
