Use a small amount and gradually increase the amount until the desired flavor has been reached. Our pellets include no fillers, binders or additives. Pellets are packaged in a heavy duty plastic bag for ease of handling and storage. All Cookshack pellets are blend with 60% oak and produce just 3% ash.
