Mixed 2tbl spoons with 1/2 cup water and injected 20 lb brisket . Covered outside of brisket with yellow mustard and covered with Cookshack brisket rub .Cooked in Cookshack smoker for 16 hrs . The result was great taste and super tender. Had to give the left over brisket to my insistent guests. I will make another for me .
