BEER BRATS AND HOT DOGS

INGREDIENTS

10 Mild Brats
8 Hot Dogs
Hot Dog Buns
Onion
Cookshack Spicy Chicken Rub
Mustard
Mayo
Relish
Bacon Bits
Beer

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil Brats in beer, diced onion and Cookshack Spicy Chicken Rub for 10 – 12 minutes. Use enough beer to cover brats (2-3 cans). Remove brats from pan. Sear brats and hot dogs on direct side of the PG1000 for about 4 minutes, turning once. Move them to the indirect side and let cook for about 15 more minutes. Remove and serve on hot dog bun and top with your favorite condiments and add bacon bits.
